DESCRIPTION:The Sussex County Department of Health and Human Services\, Office of Public Health Nursing will be offering drive-through flu clinics this fall. Flu vaccines will be available to both children over the age of three and adults. Appointments MUST be made in order to receive a flu shot. Please call 973-579-0570 x-1211 to schedule an appointment or register online at (www.sussex.nj.us/flu) \nFlu vaccine $25.00\nHigh-Dose flu vaccine $50.00 \nFree with Medicare Part B\nFree with any Blue Cross Blue Shield plan\nWe do not accept any other type of insurance \nCash or check accepted.
