All proposed development must be presented before the Land Use Board for approval. In addition\, the Land Use Board considers the appeals of decisions made by our Zoning Officer\, interprets our zoning map\, and has the authority to grant zoning variances to applicants from requirements established in our Land Use Development Ordinances. Meetings are held on the second Monday of the month at 7:00PM.

This will be for take out orders only and you can choose to pickup your order at the Firehouse (26 Main Street) or arrange to have it delivered in Stanhope or Netcong Only\, between the hours of 1pm to 7pm.  The dinner includes: corned beef\, cabbage\, carrots\, potatoes and bread. The cost is $20 per dinner.  All orders have to be PRE-ORDERED.
