All proposed development must be presented before the Land Use Board for approval. In addition\, the Land Use Board considers the appeals of decisions made by our Zoning Officer\, interprets our zoning map\, and has the authority to grant zoning variances to applicants from requirements established in our Land Use Development Ordinances. Meetings are held on the second Monday of the month at the Stanhope Municipal Building.
