Land Use Board – Cancelled Due to Lack of Business

Please Note:  The Land Use Board meeting scheduled for Monday, September 9, 2019 has been cancelled due to lack of business.  The hearing for 19-02 Juntos Holdings, LLC Variance and Site Plan Application will be carried to the October 21, 2019 Land Use Board Meeting.

The Land Use Board ensures that proposed development within our Borough promotes the health, safety, and general welfare of our community as we grow. All proposed development must be presented before the Land Use Board for approval. In addition, the Land Use Board considers the appeals of decisions made by our Zoning Officer, interprets our zoning map, and has the authority to grant zoning variances to applicants from requirements established in our Land Use Development Ordinances. Meetings are held on the second Monday of the month at 7:00PM at the Stanhope Municipal Building.
