About the Recreation Commission
The Recreation Commission sponsors various activities throughout the year for the residents of Stanhope Borough such as: the annual Easter Egg Hunt, Pictures with the Easter Bunny, Family Fun Day, Halloween Parade, Holiday Tree Lighting, Pictures with Santa and Frosty, House/Condo Decorating Contest and bus trips. These events are a great way to bring the community together.
The Recreation Commission’s monthly meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30PM at the Stanhope Municipal Building at 77 Main Street. If you would like to volunteer at any of our Recreation Commission events, please contact us. All are welcome!
