Stanhope Hose Company No. 1
Stanhope Hose Company No. 1 was organized in 1905, one year after the Borough’s incorporation. The Stanhope Fire Department is manned by approximately 35 fully-trained firefighting volunteers.
New members are always welcome!
The Stanhope Fire Department has a Junior Fire Fighting Program for young adults between the ages of 16 and 18. Training and fire fighting gear is provided. Call 973-347-5017 for applications or information about hall rentals for private events.
