NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Stanhope, will convene a Special Meeting on Monday, November 6, 2023 at 11:00a.m. which meeting will be held electronically via Zoom.
