The Sussex County Department of Health & Human Services, Division of Health is a partner of the North Jersey Health Collaborative. Every three years they try to figure out what topics they should focus on to improve health in northern New Jersey. In order to choose things which really matter, they need to hear from people who live and work in the community. This is your chance to tell them what should be focused on.
