On Sunday, March 29th, 42 participants collected 28-30 contractor bags full of garbage and recyclables, a car battery, and some rusted parts from a carousel. The members of the Environmental Commission appreciate all the volunteers who were eager to participate. The owners of Bell’s Mansion once again provided dinner for the participants and provided the space for everyone to join together at the end of the day to celebrate our accomplishments, enjoy each other’s company and build a stronger community.
