Lake Musconetcong Draw Down Begins

IMPORTANT LAKE MUSCONETCONG NOTICE – The annual temporary draw down of the lake is scheduled to start October 25th. The two foot reduction should be completed by November 1st and the lake will remain at that lower level for about a month.
The draw down allows for shoreline clean up and maintenance and repair of rock walls and permanent docks. If you have boats and floating docks to be removed we recommend this be done by October 25th, as the first couple of days of draw down will be significant.
