Environmental Commission
Borough Hall 77 Main Street, Stanhope, NJ, United StatesThe Environmental Commission actively protects our natural resources, promotes Open Space, and offers educational programs to our residents. Every year the Environmental Commission co-sponsors a Community Clean-Up Day together with the NJ Clean Communities Program. The Environmental Commission meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:30PM at the Stanhope Municipal Building.

Recycling Rescheduled to Thursday, Jan 18th
Due to current weather conditions, Waste Management has rescheduled the normally scheduled recycling pickup until Thursday, January 18th. Garbage will be picked up as normal.

Garbage Collection will take place Thursday, Jan 18th
Due to weather conditions Waste Management will be picking up recycling on January 18th and Garbage Collection will be picked up by Blue Diamond as scheduled. Trash cans should be placed curbside the night before or prior to 7:00AM on the day of collection.
