The Borough of Stanhope is accepting applications for the position of Construction Department Clerk. The position is part time Monday – Friday (5 hours/day) and job functions may include but are not limited to: Interaction with the public, scheduling of inspections, general administration work, monthly reporting, and other duties assigned by the Construction Official. The ideal candidate would be able to multitask, have excellent written, verbal, and computer skills. Experience working in municipal government, TACO certification, and/or experience working with Mitchell Humphrey Construction software is a plus, but not required. The salary for this position is $20.00 per hour and will come with paid sick, vacation and holidays. There are no health benefits for this position.
