In March of 2024, a letter was sent along with the water and sewer bills explaining the rate increases which will take place through 2027 and on. You will notice on the 1st Quarter 2026 water and sewer bills that the rate for 2026 has increased as follows:

Unmetered/Flat Rate (Per Quarter) $222.50
Unimproved Lot/Flat Rate (Per Quarter) $73.10
Water Rates:
Base Rate $100.00
Commercial Consumption (per 1,000 gallons) $3.62
Residential Consumption (per 1,000 gallons) $1.60
