Free Thanksgiving Meal for Those in Need
The Hopatcong Police PBA 149 has partnered with local organizations to provide a hot meal to residents in need this Thanksgiving. The residents of Hopatcong, Stanhope, Roxbury and nearby areas are all welcome. Whether you find yourself in need of a warm meal or simply want to join in the Thanksgiving celebrations, you are warmly invited to drop by and savor a delicious meal.

When: Thanksgiving Day (November 27, 2025) from 10:00am to 12:00pm
Where: Defiance Co. #3 Firehouse 43 Hopatchung Road, Hopatcong, NJ 07843 (This is the firehouse in the center of town. )
Contact: The Hopatcong Police Department to sign up at 973-398-5000. When you call, please provide your full name, address and number of meals.
Stanhope & Hopatcong residents, who are unable to travel to the firehouse, please do not worry. Your meals can be delivered directly to your doorstep. Simply let the Hopatcong Police Department know if you require the delivery service. (973) 398-5000
