Environmental Commission

Every year the Environmental Commission co-sponsors a Community Clean-Up Day together with the NJ Clean Communities Program. The Environmental Commission meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:30PM at the Stanhope Municipal Building.
Water System Flushing
The Stanhope Water Department will be performing the spring water system flush April 1st thru April 30th. Weeknights during the hours of 10:00pm to 6:00am. You may experience cloudy or discolored water as a result of the flushing. Run the water for a few minutes until it clears. The water is safe for all uses.
